no,, not at all... only virtually imei can be changed which will be displayed when i press *#06# . but the active one will be the original..
these uem's are OTP Chips,,(One Time Programable)

How if we got DCT4 imei is broken....or Damage Eeprom part....and imagine: we have facility for make log "ask" file from phoenix....and we want try to repair this damage imei...just rebuild old imei not CHANGE the Imei....
Question A: Does we need to change new UEM or it can still use OLD UEM inside the the Phone..???
