myx-3 simlock after a prom restore with telmem

Now, i have this problem

I have restored prom from a backup made by me when bought the phone.

But something goes wrong and now it say simlock without sim

I have the backup of all field but some field are not writeble...

please help me

no one has a tip for me?

field 3575 is empty as in fully working backup prom so its not this relevant...i suppose....

which fields can i change to restore prom to original state?
