In Austria,you can unlock your Nec 606e through A3provider shops.
But it will cost you more,than 100euro.

no long thing nec e606 is wcdma can only unlock via testpoint connection i recommend red-box for perfect unlocking solution.

NEC Temporary Unlock:

Put a 2G Simcard and turn ON the phone.
#4960*xxxxxxxx#
*4960*xxxxxxxx*xxxxxxxx#
Turn OFF and ON again.
xxxxxxxx = any numbers

Remember the xxxxxxxx you used. You will need to use same code in the
furure.

Attention:
- This unlock method ONLY works with one Simcard. If you change to
another Simcard, you will have to unlock again!
- This method depends on the firmware version. If didn't work only a
cable soluction can help you.
