Need HELP Unlocking Genie TCD838/SD

Please, some one can help me to unlock Philips Genie TCD838/SD,
Displaying "Call custumer service".

I Have read the EEPROM "24C32", and don't know what to do.

you must clone the gsm with another eeprom always saved.

Thank for reply.

I solved the problem using "Philips GENIE clear SP LOCK program v2.1.exe" by "zulea". then wrote back the dump file to eeprom.

And now phone is ok.
