my product arrives me, buy 3 articles. of those which alone 1 work me ok. the other ones 2 don't work me.
do I write email and don't they respond I already go 4 days writing them and don't they respond.?.. :mad:

Hello. I comment them the following thing.

newly August 08 arrive the two replacement clip... and they won't believe me. one of them arrives bad. believe me!!! it cannot be that they blindfold things without proving.
THEY ARE NOT SERIOUS.
THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE.
THEY ARE NOT GOOD DEALERS.
THEY SELL AS SELLING POTATOES WITHOUT RIGHTS TO CLAIM.
THEY DON'T GIVE SUPPORT AND ATTENDANCE TO THE CLIENT.

I recognize that they sent me of substitution the two bad. but after as much as time. when he/she gave him the desire? they don't stay in contact. if they have a lot of people that to assist should increase their personnel of attendance to the client. don't they believe?.
when one this making commercial treatment, they respond at once. one sees one he/she sends the money they respond when they want..
They ARE NOT CHEATS but
THEY ARE NOT GOOD DEALERS.

for people that want to make business with them accent my history so that they evaluate.

I am Kilim::'s partner. And it's true .. i do confirm what he have said. We had no problems with greattop till now. Miss Grace has been a great assistance to us.. whenever someting is wrong or missing they ship those goods in the next order free of charge.
They also give us samples often without any charge..


I can only speak for myself of course... but with US they are ok.

because sincerely to my it was me bad. with them.
again I say they replaced me the two clip bad. but one arrives me good the other bad. because? not you. I wrote to them that you/they tell me because I pass that. and sincerely to my he/she gives me also again shame to say that they are bad their products. talves is damaged in the trip. but I pay for 3 good products. of which I obtained 2 at the end of all my alone history good. the other bad.
me when it begins negotiation to close treatment we made it quick. but one sees he/she sent money, they didn't respond me to my queries. they made it when they wanted. seemingly.
sincerely I planned to buy several solutions but of them. but for that seen I don't have the trust.. I sit down it for them...

si usted lee mis post anteriores y en otro que escribi. explico casi todo.

yo compre 3 clip. de los cuales solo 1 llego bien. los otros 2 malos. entonces informe de ese problema costo que me respondan se demoraron mucho. entonces ellos me dicen que envie de retorno los malos. yo desconfie un poco ya que se demoraron en retornar y le dije que envio uno malo y cuando ellos me hagan la devolucion de los dos. enviare el otro. y asi fue.
envie de retorno uno malo. paso mucho tiempo creo que mas de 1 mes. y me enviaron los dos de reemplazo. pero cuando llegaron nuevamente uno de ellos esta malo. yo grave video de eso cuando probe y todo para que no duden. y ellos no me respondieron. como dije anteriormente a mi me da un poco de verguenza decirle nuevamente que me llego malo su producto. yo le dije que si no me respondian durante 2 días habiles para ver que hacer. que lo dejemos asi. y eso aparentemente paso. no me respondieron nuevamente y yo me quede con 2 clip buenos y 2 malo. pero asi son algunos negocios. no siempre se gana.

I distrusted a little since they took a long time in returning and I told him that one sends bad and when they make me the refund of both. I will send the other one. and it was this way.
send of return one bad. step a lot of time believes that but of 1 month. and they sent me the two of substitution. but when they arrived again one of them this bad. me serious video of that when I proved and everything so that they don't doubt. and they didn't respond me. as I said previously to my he/she gives me some shame to tell him again that I arrive me bad their product. I told him that if they didn't respond me during 2 skilled days to see that to make. that we leave this way it. and that seemingly step. they didn't respond me again and I keep good 2 clip and 2 bad. but they are this way some business. it is not always won.

By the way .. what type of clips were they ? Are they Nokia clips ? If they are Nokia clips their fault is probably on the PIC that is not well soldered.. just unscrew it and take a good look in the PCB. I think that 1 pin of the PIC microcontroler is very likely not to be well soldered.. if not, just use a soldering iron and and a small amount of solder. It's a 2 minutes time job, and would probably do the JOB for you.. (almost 90% of my DCTx CLIP "not working" problem).
I hope that at least i could help you on this one..

If not Nokia clips, please advise wich...

what I analyze... it is that in one of them when grabbing me with my hand the transmission cable everything works well.. but when I loose.. no?.. will earth problem be? (should not earth be making in something, like I solve this?)

I can say about Greattop only good things, me personally deal with them in China, really, without any problems.

You are talking about C3xx clip here, well here is a problem of the producer. The producer is a CHEATER not Greattop, they are just reseller and belive what the producer AlexGSM lie to them.
Same happens with another AlexGSM produce, EVOLUTION clip, you should read the topics below and you will get my point.

- TAU Motofix (no support) -> AlexGSM product
- Evoulution (no support, bad quality and does not all what it claims to do)-> AlexGSM product
- C3xx (no need support but does also not unlock what it claims to do, also bad quality product) -> AlexGSM product

Be honest, do you really think all just confusions?

but that they don't give good support to the client. (not necessarily support, if not that they respond to my restlessness, they don't respond when they have problem.. that is what I said.. anything but if you analyze my case with greattop. he/she will see that I wait a lot to receive answer..

I also blindfold several things. and when something comes out bad. I try to fix with my client. and to my supplier simply request him the change or I don't buy him again but.

this it is my opinion on them.. ok.
