It's a lot of people out there that have this kind of problem.
so I dicided to write this lines.
I hope this can help you to bether understand why.....
I figured that the best thing i culd do was to buy an usb cable
and use the handset manager instead.
but i know now what the problem was.
the serial cable I've got, doesn't have the pinout 4 connected
therefor the (DTR) doesn't check if the phone is correkt connected
to the computer and will not connect.
I culd not understand that before because the serial cable works
good with CB2000 and the other unlocking software. It was only when I opened the serial cable contackt that puts in to the phone
I saw the pinout 4 wasn't connected......:mad:
OBS. the cable I bought was data cable for RS232 com ports not service or for flashing.But they didn't send me the right cable, so it's best to check out the cable when you buy one
