Hi All!

First of all, sorry for my english...
I hope I'll send this to the right place...

I'm a beginner so I need some help. I've read similar topics but I couldn't understand what I have to do exactly.
Can somebodey make a summery what I need (software and hardwere) and to do to unlock a SE T100 phone?
I think I need DIV 8.0 but I'm not sure. If I'm right (or not )where can I find the software I need? What does dongle mean? Why do I need it? Is it an interface? Or what?
