my nokia 8310 was blinking when i power it on.nothing else comes up.i can't power down except i remove the battery.what caused this?what can be done?thanks for your help
try flashing it ..if same remove, reball and resolder CPU and UEM

more problems.the phone doesnt come on.and when i put the battery in the cpu becomes very hot.
then 101% hardware problem...change CPU or check reasons for shortings...
