I want to know if somebody know to do selfmade solders balls for bga's or to rework this kind of pieces without the solder balls !
I'm living in a country where is dificult to get the balls!
I need to order them from the US or europe !

Where i can found the balls and receive them from dhl o tnt way ?
What is the regular price for the 0.018 and 0.020 diameter

See if you can get the BGA Rework kit in your country. It has a variety of stencils which you can place on the bga ic's solder pads and then fill the stencil with liquid solder.When heated the solder forms balls right on the solder pads.
