maybe you can't enter to hotline menu.
i'm sarching solution too...
try read field 0 and 5709...maybe someone can help you by this field and you don't need to enter in service mode...

On some My-X3 (usually the older firmwares) there is another code that lets you enter test mode.
You can try:
*2785623# or *2785623*

i found logger for myx-3 myx-5 and create log,
on screen:
Found Phone, Reading data...
- Phone IMEI: 351049-35-609907-9
- Phone Firmware: JE3,8A: 250203 1421
- User Code: 00000000
All data readed ok.
Log is created.
