Ericsson T65 keybord not working

Hi
I have T65 and keybord not working.
when i press YES button the phone going to OFF
also kursor key not work

YES buton working like NO button, also numbers 2 and 3 are realy slow.

i load new flash & modem software.

now is: R6A006 prgCXC1122214R3B007 prgCXC1122043_PK_TAE

also i change the plastic void from keybord places of motherboard with is sometime the of not working keybord

what i need to do for repair this **** ?
