benq / acer chipsets

Hi

I'm trying to find out whose baseband chips are in some of Acer/Benq's phones.....

Particularly interested in the Acer V750, V705, G75, D77 and BenQ M560G, S620/S630

I know some of these have TI chips, but not sure which
