I tried to find ID with 30xx Infineon V2 program but after hour of searching - nothing, maybe in my phone CPU is not Infineon?

% 100 infineon try to change baud rate ,dont wait after 1 min
38400 is usualy perfect

2) can i flash phone with any free sw (i mean lang change)
