Quick Question

hi there,
i have a blocked sim card from a friend, he some how managed to get 3 pin code entries wrong and then blocked the PUK code...

there was quite a few numbers on the sim card which i cant access anymore, even bought a sim manager kit to see if it can retrieve the phonebook...

would sim cloning allow me to access the phone book stored on the blocked sim card at all?

if any one knows of any method to do this please let me know

Is it possible for me to clone this sim card and then change the pin / puk later?

or even be able to view the numbers from a hex editor??

You need the PIN code to be able to get the
"Stuff" out for cloning it.
