Language pack 1 for C55 v18 (without resistor)

Hello guys,

I know this is my 1st post here, and that it's not so nice to ask for stuff at the 1ts post, but still want to ask you guys for something I need, but can't find anywhere on the net (so far). I need this 1 file so very bad! I was very active in the "unlock scene" about a year ago, but haven't done anything since then. I still got a lot of old files on my website, mostly for Nokia and Siemens but not the newer stuff, which I need (in this case). I can give you all the old files, but think most of you already got them :) ). Today I Full flashed and unlocked a Siemens C55 V14 handy and everything went well (well....). The handy is now unlocked and has v18 but NOT with the lang pack I need! I need lang pack 01 for C55 v18 because that contains the dutch language. It is not possible to update the SW with Winswup cause of the resistor I took off. Is it possible that someone can give me the file, or a link, so I can update the lang pack with A50&C55 Wizard an after that return this phone back to my uncle :)

Can you maybe tell me with what program I have to flash this file into my phone ? And is flashing this file in the phone the only step I have to do, or do I need to do some more steps after the flashing ?
