My sagem MC940, when i power on, only display sagem then remain with light on the display on. I try to connect to sagem service 2.5, but not any comunication with all speed. What 2 do? Is there any software or hardware problem here? Thank u 2 all.

It can be both....
I think this is a EEPROM error.
IF your phone has a external eeprom, you can reprogram it. But for this purpose, you need a eeprom binary file from another MC940. And you have to correct the IMEI and the chekcsum fields inside.
This is a comon error in MC9XX phones. Try to search this forum for "PB EEPROM 3" and "pony programmer" and you will find some hints.

sorry, won't work! the phone doesn't have an external eeprom, so i can't program it, and the phone doesn't comunicate at all, so i can't use sagem doctor...!

mc 940 has not externaL eeprom
and your problem in the ram and flash chip usualy hot air and flux solve this problem if you are lucky.

hope so...but ram and flash are stucked with some hard substance...imposible 2 remove
