samsung 3310 metro......... strange problem - GSM-Forum

Got 2 sets samsung 3310 metro.
For incoming call, ringtone sound is ok.
But if I play song through music player or play any ringtone, no sound from ringer.

Tried changing charging jack, ringer. But still same.
Anybody solved such problem before????????//

Also one set with speaker problem. need its speaker ways.

brother check call sound in ear peice if not this is handfree mode

Yes, no sound from ear speaker. But mic sound is ok. So seems to be headfone mode. But doesnt shows any sign on the display.

yes its hands free mode ,this mobile phone dont show headphone logo and mic is working with loudspeaker so.......
