i900 Omnia Charging ways problem


hello all!
i have a samsung omnia wich had all the charge connector ways broken...

then i used this image for making the jumpers:


but, the + bridge is shorted to GND i cheched all connection and still nothing, then i removed the jumper, but it's still shorted...


the brown component where i did the solder (where i should have the +) is on gnd in both sides... what can be?

Please Help me
