i got codes from Sagem Code Reader 10.1 for unlocking my MY-X5M but the code seems to be not working.

i have attached the pic of output of the reader.

after i put this code in my x5m, it accepts the code and a 4 min countdown starts,, but after that again : "SimLock"
the phone is german saying "sim fehlt" w/o sim card and accepts only 8 digits of the code.

Just let me say one thing ...never and never this soft give wrong code....u have to accept this soft is perfect 1000000000% if one day I get wrong code with soft I will broke this dongle(CLONE) but work without any doute in my counter I have 85 phone unlocked! no any error....all code correct ***:p :p :p

ITS x5m... i thought it cannot be just calculated with data provided/....

am i wrong??

IMEI and ID is enough for calculation

I had same problem, but sorted out like this: First enter codes until your phone gets in Hardware failure. After that use Wazl's solution to get it out from HF, and enter calculated code. Code for level 00 don't work in this case, I tried ! So after code calculated by SCR, all will be ok !

Try to read your phone with different option: X5, X3, X6. In my case code reader for X1 readed wrong code. I read it as X3 and it work !!!

I hade this problem many times when its "Last atempt". Its not because phone code is incorect,just enter it again second time and all with be OK.

Here same problem,but can`t solve it.Phone is on LAST ATTEMPT state.Tried two times right code - again SIM LOCKED,tried with wrong code - again SIM LOCKED and again phone is on LAST ATTEMPT.Tried to enter code thru HOTLINE menu - again ask PASSWORD.Please help!!!!!!!

enter random code with simbol *# and you phone say hard failure. after reset wrong code counter(use old solution, you can find in sagem section), after enter right code. for me work in 2 phones.

Hi,Siemens man.Sorry,but still here can`t solve problem - again and again SIM LOCKED after EVERY entered combination (no matter numbers or symbols).This looks like Simlocked without SIM,but without SIM phone gives Sim missing on screen.I think that there are damaged fields in phone memory.Do you know a command with parameter PHONE ID,which unlocks locked fields and make them available for reading?

Hi,
i will explain here oncemore the "permanent blocked" solution for the new sagem phones for example MY X3 and MY X5!
Use this solution if you can´t enter the monitor mode.
It´s not my solution but i have test it with a MY X3 which was "permanent blocked" and it works really fine!

You need 2 programs:

Use this program to set the baudrate from auto to 19200.
and
the sagemdoctor:
http://www.sagemdoctor.de.vu/

After you have installed the sagem mccom soft start sagrc.exe and press the connect bottom.
Now your phone is set on 19200 baud. I have made the experience that this is only a temporary setting.
If you switch off and on the phone the setting is on auto again.
So first you must set the baudrate permanent to 19200.
Start sagemdoctor and edit with option 5 the eeprom field 147. Write the value 12 to this field.
12 stands for 19200 baud.

After that edit the field 268. Normally the values in this field are 0c 00.
Write the values on a paper.
Than write in this field 00 00.
After that edit the same field 268 again.
Now the values must be 00 00. Than write the original values back to this field. (Normally 0c 00)
Press return. Sagemdoctor ask you "Write new value to field 268?" Don´t press "y" at this moment.
The program is ready to write the values with one keyboard hit.
This is important because we have only 2-3 seconds time to write the values!

Now power off the phone, disconnect the datacable, remove the battery for some seconds, insert sim and but the battery back
to the phone.Phone must be off!!
Connect the charger cable. Phone shows charging animation.
The following steps must be done very quickly:
After some seconds of charging remove the charging cable and connect the datacable.
Press the "y" bottom on your keyboard to write the original values to field 268.
During this operation the phone shows the "Stop active" animation. Only during this animation you are able to edit prom
fields. So you must press the "y" bottom before the animation disappears!!

After that your phone starts normal. Enter pin and if the phone shows "sim locked" the correct code if you have!

@ SIEMENS MAN:Friend,I CAN`T get HARDWARE FAILURE on SCREEN!!!!!!!Bad attempts counter is FREEZED on 4 min.Mean while my problem was solved by my friend.He wrote directly to filed 251 it`s new value and phone is o.k.He used a write command with parameters Phone ID,number of field and it`s new value.
