Having problem w/ this STTool: tried to unlock an ST55 with it but it connects to phone then splits out the stuff like Flash: Toshiba TH50VPF5782AASB. I pressed Unlock then it said Unlocking and after no reply!!! I tried several methods afterwards without success. This is the type of flash IC which is impossible to flash? Even to unlock???
Of course, this ST55 CAN NOT be unlocked via IMEI.

PLS, GIVE ME IDEA WHAT CAN BE WRONG...

You used your cable with external power??

I am ssuccessfuly readed and rewrited thats type of flash and ewrithing was O.K.Now ST55 working well.What kinde of cable you are using ?

Yes, external power is driven to 16 (+) and 15 (-) pins of Max232, phone is powered by its own battery. Actualy, if it connects cable should be right, shouldn't it?
Well, if it is better , can we continue it in hungarian in PMs...

No,it will not unlock ST55 without dongle.These tool is only for flashing,nothing else.The original software you can finde on www.gsmserver.com

No ,unlocking does not work. Only flashing.

But why everybody says unlock via cabel with this prog? Or this is okay if you bought the full version not this cracked one? Or is that possible to downgrade SW then unlock with the good old codes method?

Hi hey i made a datacable from a LG600 charger and a connect of 8210
it works with flashing from siemens software but stt tool it doesnt work
it always says no Confirmation after it is trying to boot. ????

If u use a "normal" Siemens cable it should be powered externally!!! It means give +5V to 16th pin of Max232 IC and GnD for 15th pin. Anyway, your pinout is OK...

Location of Max232??? soz but i havent seen any chip or something else i just used a 8210 datacable it had just 3 wires

TX
RX

SO it does only flash ????
i have got a phone code on it :( ???
how to get it away ?/ i already flashed it with siemens service software
but it is still asking for phone code i really dont get it wy that program is working and stt tool not where is location of Max232 ???
