How to solved this problem,

"No FTDI drivers installed, USB connection is available only. If you want to use JAF/UFS interface install latest drivers."

Software version: 1.1.0
Detected card sn: xxxxxxxxx
Card version: 01.00
Life counter: 99.93%
Fenix Reader SW version: 0.0.2
No FTDI drivers installed, USB connection is available only. If you want to use JAF/UFS interface install latest drivers.
Connection interface is set to USB now.

Is the Interfaz intalled? (look in Hardware Profile)

I use HWK and again the same on Windows 7, but now we do not recognize the driver reinstall the Smart Card Key Fenix himself, but nothing, on win XP no problem

Place FTDI drivers in windows/system or system32 folder and restart computer....

I already install this driver but same problem, ..when i install JAF every thing

works fine. my asked how to solved this problem without install JAF

Hi

Obviously driver for Windows 7 is not good because I have the same problem. On XP everything works great, if you set the driver that you use.
