Why You cannot access update server ? Proxy problem ?

You may need to disable proxy.

i can access the update widow but after i start download it stay like that with nothing downloaded and for the proxy i do not have proxy

bro is the server located in USA?

Sir Please upload it to any site ( not rapidshare ) as i need it to fix phone for customers ( i have DLL i need ) so please help and i will check later again and again ( itried since two days after format my PC with same result )

disable your antiviras then dowlode jtagmanager surely u can downlod

it's your antivirus and firewall problem.
disable them and try again
