iphone4 pawned DFU mode


Hi all,i have iphone4 which is drawened in water and now it is not getting on but phone is detected in pawned DFU mode,all i did is i cleaned it very properly,reset it and as well as try fixing recovery by redsnow.I also tried to restore software but error 1603 shows before restoring procedure.Help needed plz suggestion will be appreciated thax in advance.

i have some problem, only i boot iphone via redsn0w 0.9.9b4.
Readsn0w>Extras>Select correct IPSW and Click Just Boot!
For restore Dowload tinyumrella_5.00.12 and click Fix Recovery! after see in display iscription, open itunes and click recovery! tested by me 100% only use your Iphone firmware!

did you use hot air? when the phone goes self into DFU-Mode is a very very bad case and hard to fix!!

Hi Wites, i got one iphone4 sometime will go DFU mode by it self, the phone before got insert a little bit water, but i already cleaned it very properly, so how can i do now?
