can anybody tell me is there any alteration for LTRG, somebody told me that u can use a diode in place of it . do u have any idea, what power and how to apply

LTRG is charger chip and imposible to alteration only replace with selfsame

look here to this diagram and you can understand that any other component can replace LTRG because It has a special function

i have searched for ltrg but invain
then i found a alternate methed that you can do it with a diode simply but remember it will never show you battery full.and it work fine

forwar biase from pin #3 to pin #5 pin 3 is vcc and pin5 is vsence

Yes It is true ! I have done this . in the first time It works as you said but after two weeks the customer is back to me with N620 autocharging . so this solution can't work for long time !
