if you make search in this section you don't need to write this thread...
make search on google and download and setup android sdk.
after that put this command fastboot getvar cid..
this will show you cid of phone...

actually want a tutorial for beginner on htc based android \ windows
If any flasher have for htc software solution like nokia, samsung, lg, which one is that?

install fastboot and run "fastboot gevar cid".
