how could i read eeprom for a sagem mix 5 m? what software should i use?

you can read with sagem doctor 1.4c+,firstly you must be select correct comport and baudrate.

new sagems has some protected fileld ,during reading sw will stop and it ask to you something.you must confirm for field 94 191 231 251 252 253 first time 'n' after 'y' and for field 5250 to 5270 ,5709 etc always 'y' .
after this doctor write for you eeprom.txt file in same directory

what is your problem with that phone? simlocked without sim hardware failure etc?

if like this put here yours backups taken with sagem doctor 1.4c upper metod ,we will se what can do.
