:confused: i have tried to upgrade my 2box from v4 to v5 and now my dongle is damaged. i have a good internet connection and, before upgrade, i disabled firewall, antivir, messenger, icq, sonork, etc...but, unfortunately, my dongle died. after that, i tried many times to update my box (about 200 times) but....i received the same message: "device not found". i'm sure that i didn't make any mistake related to upgrade process because i have succesfuly updated this 2dongles 2 times before (from v1 to v2 and v2 to v3 and v3 to v4

i'm waiting for some suggestions.
