I have one Sharp GX15 with "Phone permanetly blocked...." on display.

I think is it fail after bad unlock.

I try manual test mode 0 + 3 + upper right key + power on key but nothing.
Phone is not detected on USB cable. On NEC /unlocker/ USB cable is detect but unrecognized device - driver is not possible install :-(

Any idea for repair it???

I read anythink about repair with Redbox.... and no more.

Flashing phone not possible when phone is not detected on USB cable!!!

i had same problem. There is 100% working solution for your prob but i only have russian/english + turkish flash

I need flashfiles with other languages!

Here is solution:

1. you need gx15 update tool, modified nec usb-cable ( what is used for e616... ), gx15 usb driver and fullflash

you can find everything on this and on other forums

2.install the upgrade tool
3.connect phone ( without battery !!! ) to usb cable, then automatically your system asks for driver
4.give directory from gx15 driver
5.run program and select flashfile
6.in bottom side of program are two options, both must be ticked on
7.click start loading flash

after start flashing, don`t wonder! wait and you will see it is not like other phones flashing process.

When flashing is complete your phone is working but as i said, till now i only found flashfiles with russian/english and turkish language!

GX15 drivers is where? In upgrading tool?
Flashing cable is USB /for NEC/ ? do you have schematics for this?

For all who don`t believe: do you think i have so much time enough to write down lies??? I wrote it down to help all people wich have same prob, because i had 2 phones with this problem. I know its working.

As i said use: modified nec usb cable, not normal usb cable!!!!!!!!!!!

Why? The modified cable has charging function! test it!

I know there are many available but i don`t know where!

put phone in manual test mode you hold down

0 +3 + top right button + power button for 5secs and u see blink display
press 0123 and top right button and press 1 and now phone is in test mode


now FORMAT eeprom and waiting 2 min

i m make test mode ok after not open

not working test mode

hehe, this solution don´t work with newer firmwares....

You need win XP, the flasher, charging usb cable, driver and a working GX15. With dead GX15 only, can´t install driver

someone can send me a schematic charging usb cable ? or put it here?
