Are you really using 3.0.9? Cause if so, your WAY behind on the updates. If you have a Treo 650 or 700, you need 3.1.7. I did 3.1.8, with the same serial on 3.1.7 but it wouldn't work, so I stuck to 3.1.7. It has the most updates though, and improves skipping (not totally) with the 700p.

Anyway, you should download 3.1.7.

i am going to hard reset treo, is there a file which has all my registration info saved in it that i should def copy back over to treo?

sorry! I had trouble with that damn file myself here this one works great!

unzip,move icon to desktop,and doubleclick on the register file
and thats it load up a dvd and your good to go!
