i have a pb with a v60

Flex version 92291XYBSA13F - G.0.0.J.K.4.G.46.52.H.0.
Language pack 0001

it is a cingular phone and i have no network
i have try change band ,master clear, reset with smartmoto......no result
the phone is unlocked.

can i repair this by flash way?
can somebody upload the flash file?
have you an idea for this?
