but... try the way of this.....
before installing smartmovie previous version you have to set the date to 2005. Then install smartmovie previous version & use the keygen to register. After register change u date to present date 2006. What ever is the date then restart u phone & install smartmovie v 3.00 & replace it with new version.
If it doesn't work, reformat u phone & do the same procedure again...

I think so too! Stop putting a password in the files! No bad feelings, but it's stupid, and in most cases it's imposible to open it!
