my dongle has suddenly stopped working. it was working fine yesterday but today i tried running it and it doesnt wanna know. when i double click it, the windows icon shows that it is trying to open it for a second then nthing happens. i am running v3.11. when i check device manager the dongle is present, however when i look at task manager, the process isnt running. i have tried the dongle with my home computer and everything there works fine. i tried disabling my firewall and antivirus wit no luck. i have also tried installing v3.11.4 and it still doesnt work. can anyone please help me?

Use last software version.Don't use old versions.Old versions are disabled from server.
