I have dead t630.No power no connection with PC no charging.Nothing.The castomer said to me that phone is dead when he put the charger into Phone.Some ideas for this problem.Thanks

I changed charging IC and now the phone restart by itself in every 5-7 sec.I tried to read with div error 0106.May be RSA protect I can't see sw version.With ufs only this:

clean the connectors...................should work.
if not then reheat the IC
