I have tryed to upgrade my 6280 but i get an error while choosing the firmware version.
The error is "connect to firmware subsystem failed...."

Can somebody help me?

try to use DP_188_mcu3.81 and latest phoenix

looks like you just didn't installed firmware files...

I have the last Phoenix and i tried with 3.81, 3.70, 3.40 and it's is always the same error.
Could it be a problem with TSS Instrument API ???
Or is it possible i need to instal also the 3.60 firmware on my pc (thats my firmware on the phone for the moment)? I can't find the the 3.60 to download.
