pls help me am unable to upgrade my sagmaster box, i have been trying it for more than two months now and up till now am still unable to upgrade it .
pls if there is any one with any useful information on how to do it should pls help me i need it urgently
this is the information i get all the time:

Status : Device OK.
Serial : 983A931D59F29E37
Type : SAG MASTER
FirmWare : ver.:14.00a
Phone Done : 3115
