Does this cable need modded to work with twister??
I have 2 of them both have a griffin sticker on them and neither works with twister to unlock 6060/61.
phone goes into local mode but wont read info..
Anyone have the pinout for twister 6060/61 cable??
or have any ideas?

This pin-out worked for me. If you do not have internal connecter you can
spot solder the points. 1. F-BUS Tx, 2. F-BUS Rx, 5. Gnd

I have a cable just like yours..

What did you have to change to get it working ? (Same marking and cannot read anything but can put phone into Local mode).

if you followed that pinout and its not working then I bet your shorting out on a couple pins. they are so close together and then once you start soldering its easy to do. it took me 20 mins or so cause I got sloppy soldering and had to remove the pins as 2 had become fused by my sloppy soldering. . once I sorted that works like a champ. good luck.@GreenCheese
