Great work dude. though ufs is a great tool but update is so slow

I've tried This solution and works fine with Nokia, but when I tried to flash D500 it stops after nand format. I've turn back old suite and my D500 flashed without problems

don't try use crack with UFS suite ver 3.03.......it will have problem with your window and kill phone when flashing(test from all BB5).....

All app works ok except bb5 ( HWK: NOT CONNECTED 45 )
After reboot... NTLDR deleted
Run repair console and copy /i386/ntldr c:/ and /i386/ntdetect.com c/:
Cracks work ok after this except bb5 (same error as before)

Be aware, you need windows install disc to make rescue.

Your problem is due to previous killer.
You must install version ufs 3.02 in order to clean your system first.
Or you do like me, I think now that saras must be paid coz of new good updates. I finally buy an original hwk but my access to support is not activated yet :mad:.

THE PROTECTION for the new installer was made solely for winxp because it has no great effect in win98.(NTLDR) will be deleted as in the command given by the soft if some third party program patch the ufs suite 3.03 it will delete system files such as NTLDR, this will turn ur hwkiller as virus. it is proper that you install the soft into another PARTITION. if you have no knowledge about partition then you better search first. this world is gifted with GOOGLE. if yourt hard disk have two or 3 partition then it will work for you, during installation prompt the installation wizard will ask you where to install the software, install it in drive D. that is if you have drive d: other than your CD ROM or CD writer, meaning you have partitions. you have C: as your system partition, D: as extra partition, E: as cd rom or more. it will look like this when you install:

D:\program files\sarasoft\ufs
D:\program files\nokia\phoenix\

so for this to work dont install in your system drive. dont install in your drive c. and furthermore try to read between the lines, none of us can speak or write perfect english here, use your common sense. maybe you have it

Let me clarify this about using partitions of HDD. The method mentioned is also called "dual boot", try to search Google for these keywords as well.

1. Install Win98 on drive letter C:\

2. If you not allready have more partitions on HDD then you can easily make them with ex. Partition Magic by PowerQuest. find, download and Install program and make new partition, if you set it as a primary partition it would automatically be drive letter D:\

3. When done, run now your XP CD and choose new installation and choose to install OS on the new made partition D:\

4. After finishing this, u have now every time you boot PC an option to boot in Win98 or Win XP.

Now it should avoid situations with the "NTLDR missing" problem, it should be pretty obvious that XP OS running from drive D:\ cant find NTLDR in Win98 on drive C:\

Thought u meant u allready had tried this, and had an easier way to avoid these problems, i dont know if it kill NTLDR this way, but i think UFS EXE still mess with the C:\ path by doing this way. Sorry for misunderstanding :)

i found it logs flashing with v2.03 and v2.01 was totally different

v2.03 show some XXXX (forgot already) Erased but not in v2.01:p

the best way to setup the crack is first to setup version 3.01 then you setup the box with the driver coming with this pack aftetwards you unistall this pack and install the pack 3.03 you patch it with hwk killer version 21b and you install the sarasbox file attached before by a member after all things is going to be good you can work without any trouble


nb: the driver must be the driver of the pack 3.01 if no this message will appear ufsxdll error cant hook and you can not work with this last update

I have problem with UFS_lg_gsm.exe. After I installed new suitem I cannt boot any LG 2g phones like C3300, S5200 etc... I tried suite3.01 and same, I also tried change drivers but no use... My cable is good works few days ago

Before you install v3.03 first clean your system with old files and patches, after that copy all system files from root of C: like NTLDR & NTDETECT.com file to D: driver then install V3.03 and patch it with HWKKiller , while patching it will delete your NTLDR & other system files from C: now time just copy all system files from D: to C: . voila all will works fine.

If u think that at the end of Installation it deletes these 3 files, then y it still work with Original HWK without doing any kind of files changing? because i have original HWK as well and i install new suite without any problem on one computer and it works fine with Original HWK but when i try to use HWKKiller it delete 3 files.

This procedure doesn't crack ver3.03...

it install back the system files deleted by the installation process of 3.03 installer...

you can use the soft in this procedure but just as good as using it as non-HWK installation...

remember the question in the start of the installation???

For those who are still facing using difficulties to use UFS_Suite_Setup_v03.03:

I just tried that and successfull to crack with HWK Killer.

The way is:

1. Uninstall the previous version of UFS suite, also the driver of the box
2. Install UFS_Suite_Setup_v03.01 (Do not use HWK killer now)
3. Plug in the box and install the driver from where 3.01 installed
"D:\Program Files\SarasSoft\UFS\UFS_USB_Driver"
4. Uninstall only the UFS suite (not the driver)
5. Backup your system files from windows directory(XP):
"NTDETECT.COM", "ntldr" and "boot.ini"
6. Install UFS_Suite_Setup_v03.03
7. Execute "sarasbox" (U have got from the first post)
8. Restore your (3)system files
9. Execute HWKKiller21b and crack as usual

All done

Now enjoy your complete box!!!

actually,

asic 11 code reading using ufs is working on 1st gen asic 11 dct4-plus...

i.e. 1110 (rh-70), 1600 (rh-64)

but won't work with newer asic 11.

1110i (1112 or rh-93)

for me work tested with samsung and sonyericson . after instaling ufs3.0.3 and patch with hwk killer 2.1 and using sbm repair for hwk before restarting computer because this one repair ntldr...deleted by ufs 3.0.3 setup (the problem come from ufs setup not from the hwk killer)

Damn some of you guys are thick..

Ok here is the deal with killer 2.1b and ufssuite 3.0.3 ...

Alot of phones will be working even without the HWK. These phones include all of DCT4, old samsung, RTP module and so on..

These phones will as i said be working without HWK and therefor they will also work if you use the patcher.

BUT then there is all the other phones that DO need HWK..

New samsung, KZF module, LG_GSM module and BB5 flashing.

The only thing the killer program does is let you work on these phones but the programs from ufssuite 3.0.3 can detect that the killer is in use and it will fcuk your phone up as many have discovered.

So bottom line (I have said this before but still people think that THEY in a magical way is able to get it working even though noone else is) is that hwk killer only works with ufssuite 3.0.1 and lower.

If you want to use programs from ufssuite 3.0.3 (or even 3.0.2) then you must either buy an original HWK og buy a HWK_Trial that can be upgraded using the free tools around.

No free tools to software patch 3.0.3 is around. (Reason is that the guy that wrote the killer programs was contacted by someone that had a sh_itload of HWK_Trials that he wanted to sell. Thgis individual paid the author of the hwk_killer program to make a program that could upgrade HWK_trials for a fee... This way the guy with the HWK's earned money selling his old stock of hwk_trial and the other guy earned money selling upgrade logs for the HWK's).

Nowadays there is free software available that will do the same as the paid solution did a few months ago.

Man, please search, read and understand that BB5 flashing with patched HWK NOT working and killing phones as well. Is told in several threads, U could buy org. HWK for much less than ur phones cost. :rolleyes:

I have downloaded HWK killer and its programs, and its all installed nice in my pc, BUT............................................... ............... I conect my hwk and it is recognized i put low baudrate choose model kg220, and click on BOOT; nothing happens, it don´t even read the phone, simply nothing happens, i tried in 3 pcs at home and still the same, can anyone help me on what can it be??? I gave it the program to a friend to and he did the same as i did and work for him 100%, went to his home to see how was working and he did everything exactly the same, with the diference that he is with a working program, and i am with a non work one. PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND WHAT HAPPENS. The only conclusion i can think is that this friend of mine never have a HWK trial on his box, and i already have it could it be this??? i am getting crazy already. Wait for help

U could safe your self time, money and nerves with buying original HWK
working without problems and not creating ones!
How much cost N70 and how much cost original HWK ( N70 - 400€ and HWK - 100 € ).
Cracked stuff are not always best solution.

Your problem could be solved by flashing same phone with original UFS+HWK,
or any other third party nokia tool...

Your problem is with the box sub firmware :D
