it was blinking ,after clone with " *** [012 KW268602]-***3V-3BANES2.cln " , phone is insert sim ,
org ver written on back sticker is ***3V-3BALAP1
please tell me where the wrong and can u upload clone file for ***3V-3BALAP1

You can try to restore tech zone backup and clone to other version.
When the cloning finishes you could get insert sim message one or two times. If you get this message turn off the phone, remove the battery and try again. The phone should work.

if the fone was flashed by a bad unlocker before you, it will have lost its initial tech zone .
Therefore impossible to recover its true tech and so no solution to recover it
