Hello
The soft can't write all the flash in this z500.
It started and after 1 min it stopped
What is the problem please ?
The phone is connected via rj45 and usb port (on same cable)

The battery was not fully charged
The phones work good now after flashing
And their problem was :
With sim inside, after showing network, all functions and keypad was blocked
