3)In Address Bar Type ftp://ultimateindya.com
4) GO To File Menu --> Login As
UserName : cdma@utimatindya.com
Password : gsmhosting
5) Upload or Download And Enjoy

You Have Mistaken, i Think You Opened Through Internet Explorer
So Please Follow Above Steps You WIll Get Access
Or Please Use 3rd Part Softwares Like Filezilla,
There Are Somany Freewares So Dont Go For Sharewares

and here is the proof that this site is working and the contents of the FTP.
I had to make this dummy tutorial for all the above members for whom it didn't work.now i hope that it should for all memebers.
