i bought a hwk. and updated it about a month ago.

try to update with update client twice.

but cannot flash bb5 phone.

logs show.

1cmt boot err.

how to fix this problem.

but with dct4 is no problem at all, only bb5 phone.

No need to Update if you are using this Version or up.

but with my first time activated my hwk with successfull is cannot flash bb5 phone. even get info or check button is not work.

If he updated succ...... as you say then his box firmware was updated at the same time.

Try plug-in charger by flash BB5 :-)

UFS Box Or HWK ?

Please Tell me odia.

As i know hwk with upgraded with latest cannot change by another UFS box.

so i cant test it with another ufs box, will result err 1111 as odia said.

1cmt boot error is phone error not ufsx, i had zilion problems like those try full flashing phone.

Possible causes of this error are:-

1. Phone Cable
2. Low USB power
3. VPP adapter is required.
