OK mate. To repair W810i imei you don't need to flash phone. Just go on Ericsson/UMTS/Maintenance tab and mark imei and pach software (use OTP IMEI must be UNchecked), write imei who you wanna and pres "Do Job". It's very simple.
If you wanna to use OTP imei then you need check ONLY "Use OTP IMEI" and press "Do Job"... To fully restore your original OTP imei you need to flash phone SW. That is...

hi guys nice and simple it looks, can I just ask which software you are using to do this, and which cables/clips etc as I have a w810i that is not allowing o2 (uk) sim cards because the phone bill was unpaid!
