it is possible to unlock this phone? but i make do it i have this message cid not alowed. please help.

Download from support DB2020inside_for_v2.9_users_only.exe install it and follow user manual.

Sorry mate its my mistake:

Users who have installed DB2020 inside v2.9 can download and install "DB2020inside_for_v2.9_users_only.exe"
Please follow user manual for instructions about unlock

I flashed it with j120 unlock mcu but when i trie to insert any codes it show me "Not alowed" and all the locks are closed.What can i do?
