Thumbs up !!! 3110C Restart Soluation here !!!

- No need RPL !!!
- No need to flash your phone !!

For solve this problem just use following steps : (Only the order)

1- Remove sim card .
2- Remove MMc and format it by your PC.
3- Open phone without sim and without MMc .
4- Reset phone . ( go to settings >> ...) .
5- Put MMC and do formating from phone , Then do reset again to phone .
6- Put sim card to phone and power it on , Then do reset again .
7- Now phone with MMC and Sim ( Put USB to phone and back all data to MMc ).

And now phone work good 100 % , tested by me with 10 pc.

Yeah , it's mean reset factory from option not by codes like *#77 .... or other like *#73 ... , So perfect soluation is reset by option ..

Welcome again .

...Another case is complex, has emerged in these days.

When it is sim card and memory may restart phone operating several times and then shoutdown (off) after a certain time, if removed sim card , memory and the phone works only very well . Strange !!!

If that happened,what must we do?

Often this problem be in the CNT file only or PPM , and i don't think in the file MCUSW ;

And here say that this problem is similar in some of the older generation DCT-4 such as 3220, 6020 , 6021 , etc. .

In fact, I tried to write this files :
PPM = rm237__05.50.ppm_mea1
CNT = rm237__05.50.image_mea1
But phone still same problem !!!!
Therefore, the only solution to this problem is PPM file and CNT file only same version ,

PPM = RM 237__05.50.ppm_c.

CNT = RM 237__05.50.image_c.
Note : choose your language like a , c, g, ...etc. but same files
Phone will work 100% , and tested .

You can use FBUS RJ-45 N6300 cable with 7 pins.
