I think box is up to date till now
SAST_Z***_MultiBOX_v13.exe
Try to flash one zv10 with files from support
but every time ask for password modem.
open soft select phone select flash file search phone and update firmware.
All I can see about this problem is again and again same update you box etc.
Also there is any problem with support zone in http://www.multi-box.net/ becouse very very low speed with download,~ 15-20k.

Your box is not updated to latest versiob that is why you have this problem

Maybe can allow me to update again.

month ago I cant flash all z series samsungs, then I update box and z500 flashing successful. Now I want to flash ZV10 and still problem - modem password, but z500 flashing without problem. I use newest zv10 flash files from support.

Where is problem, why I can't flash ZV10?
