Hello bro, check your battery, it must have energy.
Start the phone before connecting to the box.
When you connect the phone, the computer install this driver after normaly you can unlock it.
If you have the same problem check your cable

I hav ethe same problem with a z400: phone not found whe tring to unlock!!!
I had flashed the phone with diffrents firmwares from support but the same...
on the flash tab phone can be seen evrey time when I want to flash the phone but on INFO and UNLOCK tab I get: Phone not found!
Please help!!!!!!!!:(
