i have one nokia 8310 that one morning wrote contact service and nothing helps . will mcu ppm flash help ? are there chanses that jic unlocker can help ?

Just flash it mcu & ppm then it will work 100% well it did on a 3350 or use Neelix if you have it

JIC works perfect.

the bad thing is that i need to go to south ( 1000 km ) to flash or to north (700 km) to unlock . i know that sounds funny but it is what i have . so i ask the question - what surely will help - flash or unlock with jic . ??? i prefer to unlock cause it is much closer ...

also if i put a working charger in the phone the phone begins charging and if i turn it on in that state it says phone restricted enter unrestriction code . so what all of you do you think ?
