I have flashed the phone with the unlock file U890-V10a-H3G-IT[TEMP UNLOCK]-EN_IT_GER_FR_SW_DA.crc .

I am now following the instructions as below

a) insert original 3G card to your phone
b) power ON phone and connect charger or USB cable to it
c) phone must show charging
d) go to "Menu"-"Tools"-"Unit converter" and select it
e) fast change original 3G card with your SIM card(your SIM
card must be without PIN)
f) wait untill phone will reboot
....


but phone stuck on the 3 logo while it is rebooting.

How long do I have to change the Sim card ?. how long does the phone take to reboot ?

Please give any tips to solve this problem

The process Should be Instant and u must have ur cable connected to pc

instant, it takes a couple seconds to remove the battery, a couple seconds to change the sim
and then a couple of seconds to replace the battery.

the whole process takes me about 20 - 30 seconds. Is that the normal time.

you need to do this with little fastness

Better is to make all this in 5 seconds.
