1. change new earpiece
2. change ribbon flex pcb
3. change front keypad board that connects to pcb
4. change whole top board
5. flash phone (unlikely software problem)
6. Repair Intergrated Circuits and trace fault
get it checked out at a repair centre first, that'll be baest option since they can test all parts without costing you an arm and a leg
