I cannot read it with sagemdoctor on any speed.

I got phone id with bootstrap tool: 0A 83 8D 92 0B 14

If any1 would just give me hint how to read requested fields like 191, 251, 0 to get with some calculator the code.

I ve read almost every post how to get into test mode, hotline menu but it just dont work for me..

Any suggestions??
